Are Tickets refundable? Please refer to our Terms, Conditions, and policies page.

Can I bring my dog? As much as we all love our furry friends, they will not be able to attend any event. Service dogs are an exception as long as they have proper identification and clearly marked "Do not distract or touch"

Are children allowed at events? Due to the nature of our events, we prefer you leave the kiddos at home and call it a "date night". Guests 21 and older are acceptable.

What should I wear? We highly suggest wearing comfortable shoes, PLEASE no high heels. If you do wear heels, please bring a comfortable pair of shoes along so that you can change. We also suggest sunscreen, a hat, and whatever you feel most comfortable wearing, jeans are fine but you can also dress to impress!!!

I have tickets but can't attend the event. We can give you a credit towards another event of your choice or you can sell them, but it is your responsibility for that sale. Please let us know a day or two in advance what your choice is. If you choose to sell them or transfer/gift them to another couple, please let us know the names of the attendees taking your seats. Contact: janene@rootedaffair.com

What if I am celebrating a birthday or special occasion? We love celebrating with you! Just let us know what the occasion is, and the name of the ticketholder, and we will provide a special surprise! We love engagements too! Please send your request to: janene@rootedaffair.com

What is included in my ticket price? By purchasing a ticket to our events you will have a tour of the venue, complimentary cocktail hour, live music, and a 5-course dinner based on the season's availability. Meet new friends, have fun, eat great food, and dance!!!

Can I BYOB? Primarily, New Jersey’s BYOB law permits only wine and malt alcoholic beverages (the most common malt beverage being beer) to be consumed, thus, patrons may not bring and establishments should not allow their patrons to consume distilled beverages. Thus, vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, and the many other beverages that are produced through distillation are simply not permitted in any form regardless of the particular proof of the spirit.
